Personal Training

What does personal training with us look like? Whether you are looking for general fitness, body recomposition, climbing, mobility, or injury recovery — we can help.

We like to meet up and do an initial assessment. If you are not local, don't worry! We can do remote assessments through video as well. During this first session we will talk in depth about what your goals are for personal training and make a plan for the best way to get you there.

These classes consist of strength training along with metabolic conditioning and mobility.

We have classes at both Zenith Climbing Center in Springfield, MO and Crossfit 417 in Ozark, Mo. You can click here to follow along with our Instagram page, where we post all the updates regarding times for our classes. Or shoot us an email with any questions you have!

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the key to improving your health and fitness. Without this crucial element, training is much less effective. We understand how difficult it can be sticking to a diet. That's why we've developed a system to make things simple, effective, and sustainable! We aim to help you build healthy long term eating habits that you can depend on for the rest of your life! We provide 1 on 1 coaching that will help you change your habits, have accountability, and teach you how to feel your best through the food you eat.

Online Climbing Program

Head trainer Nick Chavis spent over 10 years as a high level rock climber. He specializes in bouldering and has climbed up to V14. Using his knowledge of what it takes to be a strong climber he designed a climbing program to target those who are looking to send around the 5.10 or V3 mark.

He saw a need to create a climbing program for the newer climber or those facing a plateau in their climbing that doesn't just focus on strength, but will give you technique-focused drills to give you more confidence on the wall.

We spent months developing a program to help climbers reach their goals, then we tested it thoroughly — on ourselves, our friends, and other climbers too. Then we recorded video walkthroughs so that you can see exactly what you need to do. We believe in this program because we've seen it work.
